Sports

At the risk of being one of those obnoxious people who talks too much about running: Iā€™m a life-long athlete. Growing up, sports taught me about setting long-term goals, striving for a little progress everyday, failing (repeatedly) and trying again, prioritizing health, finding balance, and the importance of community. These are skills I benefit from in my personal and professional life today and sports (mostly figure skating, ice hockey, running, biking, and hiking) remain a constant for me.
